sitEX Properties Holding AG publishes its 2025 annual results
The owner-managed real estate development company headquartered in Lachen SZ closes the 2025 financial year with a net profit of CHF 40.802 million, following a loss of CHF 3.821 million in the previous year. Earnings per share amount to CHF 18.09. The exceptional result is essentially attributable to the sale of the Powerhouse Muttenz and its presentation under the newly applied accounting standard. Strategically, sitEX is focusing even more clearly on the major US projects Avalon Park Wesley Chapel and Avalon Park Daytona, with a total of around 9,000 planned residential units and 1 million square feet of commercial space. Due to the significant upfront investments in development and infrastructure, no dividend distributions are planned in the coming years. The focus is on sustainable value creation for shareholders.
