This lot is situated along the major traffic corridor which connects the Oris valley with Liestal. The parcel is very well connected to the public transport and is located next to a recreational area as well as the Oris creek. The remaining buildings on the site will be let until the project commences. However, the lot is expected to be rezoned over the next two to three years in order to create new living space in the up-andcoming region. The current project plan foresees a conversion of the commercial zone into a residential and a commercial part.
